Since 1995, Wolgast has provided Construction Management services for Shepherd Public Schools on various projects. Most recently, Wolgast managed the addition and renovations completed for Shepherd Elementary School along with a new playground, renovations of the District's stadium, a storage facility at the High School, as well as additions and renovations to the High School.
