Ypsilanti Public Schools hired Wolgast as their Construction Manager to oversee various upgrades to their district over three phases. The first phase included a complete renovation to Perry Early Childhood Center, Estabrook Elementary and Ypsilanti High School. Phase II includes complete renovations of Adams, Erickson and Chapelle Elementaries, East & West Middle Schools and Regional Career Tech Center. Phase III includes a conference room addition to the Administration Building and a renovation of existing facilities at George and Fletcher Elementary.
