Brookwood Park is the first newly constructed subdivision of its size in the City of Saginaw in over 50 years. The units were built from one of three floor plans available: two ranches and one 2-story style, each with its own unique exterior finishes. The structures are stick frame with vinyl siding and a nova brick wainscoting.
