Cardinal Townhomes is a 52-unit housing complex. Units include 48 four-bedroom units with two full baths, and 2 two-bedroom units with one full bath, as well as two additional ADA units. To enhance the resident's living and learning experience, each unit has basic cable and high-speed internet access provided in every bedroom and living room. Each bedroom has individually keyed locks to provide a level of privacy unavailable in standard campus housing. The complex houses its own laundry facility for the sole use and convenience of its tenants.
