Completed Projects...The Wolgast Way.
Asseline Associate Architects
A manufacturer of small and medium size gears needed to expand their existing facility to make room for new business that they had contracted. The addition included a new employee breakroom, shop managmenet offices,
quality control offices and two new loading docks. The main building is pre-engineered metal on a block foundation
with a combination standing seam and membrane roof system.
There was a 12 foot elevation difference from the existing building to the new addition, making things more complicated.
Wolgast was able to connect the two buildings by designing the building with a ramp for hi-lo traffic between the buildings.
