Completed Projects...The Wolgast Way.
1st State Bank
1st State Bank has expanded to Midland, Michigan with this 7,700 S.F., two-story building. Wolgast Design Group designed the architecture and Wolgast Corporation built the building. It features offices, conference room, lobby, and teller and drive-thru counter. Additionally, on the 2nd floor, they included tenant space that was custom finished for Cancer Services.
The bank was founded in 2004 in Saginaw as bank for business. They are "In Town. In Touch." and now can be found in each of the Tri-Cities!
As 1st State Bank has continued to grow, they have chosen Wolgast as their construction service provider for several projects. Over the years, Wolgast has worked on three 1st State Bank locations in the Great Lakes Bay Region. In Saginaw, we renovated 1st State Plaza with architect Redmond Company, which has become the bank's new headquarters (above). Additionally, Wolgast has built the location on State Street in Saginaw (below) and on North Madison in Bay City.
"I want to take this opportunity to recognize the excellent job the Wolgast employees did during the planning and construction phases of our building.... We feel very fortunate to have Wolgast staff responsible for our construction project, and look forward to doing additional business with Wolgast Corporation."
