Completed Projects...The Wolgast Way.
The unique look of this building reflects the German themed architecture common in Gaylord, Michigan. As general contractor, Wolgast worked with architect, Todd Seidell, who is local to Gaylord. Wolgast self performed the concrete work, interior finish carpentry, and the installation of door frames and hardware. The project started in late October and Gaylord experienced one of the coldest winters in recent history, which made building conditions difficult. In addition, the existing bank building was 60 feet from the new jobsite, both located on busy Main St. Once the new building was complete enough, the owner moved in and the old build was demolished so the drive-thru canopy could be built.
Wolgast has also built new buildings and renovated existing buildings for Independent Bank in Bay City, Saginaw, Houghton Lake, Rogers City, Sebewaing, and Mount Pleasent.
