Completed Projects...The Wolgast Way.
United Financial Credit Union
Wolgast Corporation provided ground-up construction of a building addition to the south end of the Pat's Food Land Center in Freeland, Michigan. This building included the typical bank offices and drive-thru teller windows, but is the first in the area to offer video teller banking, by which customers do their banking inside at fully automated teller machines and contact is via video cameras and LCD display monitors while a teller sits in the back of the bank in a secure environment. The main entrance of the credit union boasts high ceilings, warm woods, and unique purple and silver colors staying in theme with the owner's logo. The project also included construction of an additional space for a smaller 2,000 s.f. "vanilla box" next door for future expansion or sub-lease.
Since the construction of this addition, Wolgast has also built a new location for United Financial Credit Union in Saginaw, Michigan, across from Green Acres Plaza.
